Located the heart of Wimbledon, ATP Media’s head office provides a creative, collaborative and agile space which is shared with our business partners, ATP Tour and Tennis Data Innovations. Well connected by trains, trams, tubes and buses and with plenty of lunch and shopping options, the office is only a short walk to the common and Wimbledon village – the home of tennis.

ATP Media Studios

ATP Media opened its purpose-built remote production hub in White City in 2023. Sitting at the heart of our business plan, ATP Media Studios boasts world class facilities and technology, offering a creative and progressive space to build on our previous live content production and expand our non-live and original programming capabilities. A state of the art facility in the heart of the London media landscape.

Our Growth

As we continually evolve our services for broadcasters and tournaments, and deepen capabilities across our Engineering, Production Management, Live Content, Streaming Services and Non-Live Content divisions, so we have seen significant success, and growth in our team year on year and this is set to continue.

As we build out our new Non-Live and Original Programming Department, bring our Engineering capability fully in house, and develop our Media and Fan Data Insights team, we anticipate a team of 100+ in 2024, a significant change to the 50 staff we had only a couple of years ago.

500s Senior Producer (onsite/travel role)

Job Title:       ATP 500s Senior Producer

Company:     ATP Media 

Contract:       Permanent

Hours:           Full-Time 

Location:       ATP Media, Wimbledon and London based Production Hub

Salary:           (depending on experience) plus benefits

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the 16 500s series tournaments from an ATP Media perspective
  • Manage the pre-production and live production of multiple ATP 500 tournaments
  • Liaise with the ATP and tournaments regarding match scheduling
  • Work closely with host broadcasters to achieve the best possible production standards
  • Work with the outside court provider to ensure quality of production and signals are provided to ATP Media on site
  • The role may include line management responsibilities
  • Work to optimise camera plans and work with host broadcaster, and ensure ISO signals are handed off to ATP Media for World Feed Production
  • Liaise with the team working on the World Feed from the production hub, managing requests for footage and on site information
  • Manage onsite ENG cameraman and reporter to support requests from the World Feed and Broadcasters
  • Work with the ATP Media Broadcast Department to ensure the global delivery of matches
  • Travel to ATP 500 tournaments to liaise with the tournament, the ATP and host broadcaster
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and freelance crew
  • Work in ATP Media’s Production Hub in West London, overseeing the World Feed Production where required
  • Assisting in the production of ATP 250 tournaments where required
  • Assisting in the production of ATP Masters 1000 tournaments where required
Supervising Producer (onsite/regular travel role)

Job Title:        Supervising Producer

Location:       ATP Media, Wimbledon and London based Production Hub

Salary:           (depending on experience) plus benefits

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the whole on-site production operation, managing and overseeing a crew of over 200 people
  • Liaise with Tournament, ATP Tour and WTA Tour regarding Tournament match scheduling
  • Plan all aspects of the on-site production of Masters 1000s Tournaments
  • Work closely with tournaments to implement the best possible camera positions both on court and behind the scenes
  • Work closely with all suppliers to bring together the onsite production including facilities provider, graphics provider, outside court provider and aerial camera supplier
  • Look after the needs of our on-site Broadcasters, building relationships and offering the best possible services to them
  • Liaise closely with production team at the remote production centre in London to ensure seamless end to end production
  • Provide leadership and co-ordinate responses when technical issues arise
  • Help manage the crewing of tournaments on site
  • Assist with the planning and running of 500s tournaments as required
  • Assist with the running of the remote production centre as required
  • Look for opportunities to improve production workflows on site
  • Bring a creative approach to the production, offering ideas around innovation, engaging in new camera technologies and implementing testing
  • Work closely with remote gallery and edit teams via talkback to ensure a good flow of both creative and technical information from on site to the World Feed gallery
  • Heavy involvement in departmental project work including running RFP processes
